Services API integrations and internal tools

Integrations, APIs and internal tools

Connections between the tools your team uses.

I connect the systems you already pay for, from HubSpot and Stripe to your own database, and build the small internal tools that replace spreadsheets: dashboards, admin panels and scripts that run on a schedule.

Most teams I talk to pay for six or seven tools that don’t talk to each other, and someone spends hours every week copying data between them. That someone is usually the most expensive person on the team.

Integrations I build most often

  • Website forms to the CRM: submissions land in HubSpot with the right owner and stage, not in an inbox.
  • Payments to everything else: Stripe and PayPal events update the CRM, send the right email and create the record your accounting needs.
  • Email lists that stay in sync: Mailchimp audiences built from real customer data.
  • Bookings and surveys: Calendly and Typeform answers routed to the place they’re used.
  • Measurement: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager events that match what the business counts as a lead.
  • Your own API, when two systems need to exchange data both ways.

Zapier or custom code?

I recommend Zapier more often than you’d expect from a developer. For a simple flow your team can see and change, it is the right tool. Custom code earns its place when the logic grows past a few steps, the volume makes per-task pricing expensive, or the data is sensitive enough that it shouldn’t pass through another company.

Internal tools that replace spreadsheets

A dashboard that pulls numbers from four tools every morning. An admin panel on top of your database, so nobody edits tables by hand. A calculator your sales team uses on calls; one client’s conversion rate calculator runs inside their Webflow site this way. Small tools, built to be used every day.

Integrations that don’t fail silently

Every integration logs what it does, retries when a service is briefly down, and alerts a person when something needs attention. It comes with a short document that says what runs, when and where, so your team isn’t dependent on me to understand it.

Questions I get asked

Can you connect our website forms to HubSpot?

Yes. Form submissions go into HubSpot as contacts with the right properties, owner and lifecycle stage, and the same works for Webflow forms, custom forms and most form tools.

Should we use Zapier or a custom integration?

Zapier, if the flow is simple and runs a few hundred times a month. Custom code, if the logic has many conditions, the volume makes the per-task price expensive, or the data shouldn't pass through another company.

What happens when a service changes its API?

The integration logs the error and alerts you instead of failing silently. Most providers announce changes months ahead, and keeping the integration current can be part of a small monthly retainer.

Can you build a dashboard from several data sources?

Yes. Data from your CRM, payments, analytics and database is collected on a schedule into one place, and the dashboard shows the numbers your team actually checks.

Do you work with tools that aren't listed here?

Yes, as long as they have an API or webhooks. Most business software does, and I check the documentation before quoting.
